"I've had a lot of success in the States, but in Europe I needed a team of bodyguards with me." - Teri Ann Linn

(Thanks to starring on the No. 1 primetime TV show in Europe. It was an international phenomenon!)

While she was the very first to play the role in the United States, Teri is best known to nearly 350 million viewers in the US and overseas from her role as Kristen Forrester on "The Bold and The Beautiful", which has been broadcast to over 100 countries around the world and is the top-rated primetime TV program in many of them.

An actress since she was a child, this beautiful, vivacious, athletic, 5'9", 130lb. green-eyed blonde is always a sight to behold and she has the talent and versatility to master any role.  Maybe it's because her life has been bigger than most movies.  She attended the prestigious Punahou School in Hawaii (where President Obama attended and graduated), where her streak of 11 varsity records in various sports still stands.  At one time, being the No. 1 tennis player in the state of Hawaii, she went on to win the U.S. Doubles Mother/Daughter Amateur Tennis Championship at the US Open in Flushing Meadows, New York, as a teenager, to being crowned 'Miss Hawaii National Teen-ager", Miss Hawaii USA and fourth runner-up in the "Miss USA" pageant.  Teri has a very confident persona.  She did all this while juggling her young acting and modeling career in her native Hawaii.

After a few roles on Hawaii 5-0 and Magnum PI (being the born-and-raised Hawaiian girl), she moved to the mainland for college to study theater and to play tennis for Pepperdine (one of the top collegiate tennis teams in the country) and then transferred to play tennis and volleyball for the University of San Diego.  Teri then moved to Los Angeles where she landed her first role with Walt Disney and the family of Disney characters.  She traveled the United States promoting dance, diet and exercise for kids and won a Gold Record for the critically acclaimed "Mousercise Album".  This led to her appearance on The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson, after which agents and casting directors took notice.

This led Teri to being cast in her pioneering role of Kristin Forrester (the beautiful yet resentful vixen of the wealthy Forrester family) in the United States on the CBS daytime drama, "The Bold and the Beautiful".  She and the character of her brother were the very first actors to be cast.  When People Magazine interviewed her about the duality of her role as outwardly nice and beautiful while inwardly conniving, she replied, "No problem creating bitchiness - everybody has it in them."

Teri's talent, popularity and vibrant, natural beauty led her to be cast with co-star status in various episodes of top-rated, primetime shows such as Magnum PI; Hill Street Blues; Mike Hammer; The Fall Guy; Rip Tide; Herman's Head; Flamingo Road; Hawaii Five-0; Silk Stalkings; T.J. Hooker; and Dallas, to name a few.  In between guest spots, she was a regular in the second unit of The Fall Guy, as stunt woman for Heather Thomas.

Teri studied the craft and art of acting for many years with the world-renowned acting teacher and director, Milton Katselas.

Teri has co-starred in several movies, including Pure Danger with C. Thomas Howell & Marcus Chong (The Matrix); Fallout with Daniel Baldwin; and Aloha Summer with Chris Makepeace.

Her ability to light up the screeen and her quick-witted pace led her to host, guest host and make appearances on Hour magazine; PM Magazine; Hollywood Squares; Grand Prix All Stars; and Family Feud.  She also did a high trapeze act on Circus of the Stars, without a net!

Teri has been a spokesperson for many famous national and international brands, including Fuji, Sunkist, Kodak, Yamaha, Honda, Ford, Kia, Max Factor, Panasonic and Wrangler Jeans, to mention a few.  Teri's done over 100 commercials throughout her career.

Her desire to seek new experiences and brave new frontiers led her to Europe and Italy in particular. She was based in Rome, where she soon became a household name. She fully immersed herself in the Berlitz institute in Roma and learned how to speak Fluent Italian.  In addition to starring on "The Bold and the Beautiful", she appeared on many TV shows throughout Europe and the Middle East and was the female lead in many Italian productions.  She also kept very busy throughout both regions by hosting the Film Festival in Egypt, starring in Saturday Night Live - Germany and endorsing many products.

The openings for Teri's talents and beauty continued to blossom and she took full advantage of the opportunities.  She's been featured on over 100 magazine covers throughout Europe and the MIddle East.  She teamed up with Polaroid "Pollinelli Italia" and founded her own signature sunglass line under the brand:  Teri Ann Linn.  She also created a line of herbal skin care called "Woman" in Europe.  Commercials, guest appearances and spokeswoman gigs poured in.  She was one of the biggest stars in Europe at the time and was also very well known in Australia, South Africa and the MIddle East.

Teri also had recording contracts with BMG Germany, FRAZER Finland, BMG Japan and Warner USA.  She sang her songs and held many one-woman venues throughout Europe and the MIddle East, her favorite concert being on the beach of the Red Sea.  She recorded two albums and many singles:  Teri; Be Young, Be Foolish, Be Happy; and Love is the Answer (the latter of which went Gold in Europe).

Now Teri has returned from Europe, became a Mom of two and like a Soap Opera, she tragically became a young widow.  Her experience and resolve drove her to found a non-profit organization:  "Project Soul Survivors".  "We raise funds for boots-on-the-ground charities and help provide healing for grieving families suffering the devastating, premature loss of a parent, child or spouse."  She had worked with many charities in the past for a variety of causes but, founding this charity has given her opportunity to experience, first-hand, great personal empathy for those children and families suffering and dealing with the aftermath of great tragedy.

Teri concludes:  "With all my experience early in the United States and success later in Europe, I'm back HOME and based in Hawaii and California."
